Please note that all Telkom liaisons are done by Hytel Northwest whereby logging of faults, new services, moves and changes as per your request at no charge.
We have an in house Telkom liaison officer which deals with the Telkom Technical and new Order’s Division, daily.
We also have the ability to arrange Site meeting’s with Telkom, if there is ever a problem that cannot be resolved in time and that needs first hand attention.
Thereafter, a brief report is given to the clients in question.
